Botox treatment was horrible, and I am not satisfied with that. In the name of Botox, they did a smoothening treatment. All my hair got damaged. Before the treatment, they ensured that hair would return to its original form, but it didn’t. You shouldn’t recommend the treatment to the customer if you don’t know the treatment. I’m disappointed with the service. Nobody should go there. It’s a case of unprofessional, and they have lied to the customer.

Things done are very much professional. I have been a regular one for the past year monthly, once I do hair spa by Miss. Jyothi. She does it very well. After the spa, my hair feels more substantial, bouncy, and soft.

Yesterday, I specifically asked one of your employees for a brown ombre shade, and he suggested I try another color in two strands, even though I said I didn’t want it. Then he told me he would change it back to brown if I didn’t like it, but he did not. The color he suggested turned out to be terrible. My hair was bleached, and the color was not well blended. It was such a horrible experience. I’ve always loved your salon, but not after this experience. I’m planning on moving forward with this complaint and taking adequate measures.
